Bill McKee, Mullet Toss Senior Champion 2010

It is perhaps the most coveted tournament in all of International Fish Thowing: The 2010 Matlacha Mullet Toss Championship. Here is this year's Senior Division Champion, my Dad, Bill McKee. With a winning toss of 133 feet he dominated his division and beat 80% of the general Men's Division (17-60 years old.)

Mullet Tossing is not a sport for the weak of arm, liver, or stomach. It is an extreme world of wrecked shoulders, rotting fish, and foaming kegs of cheap beer. And yesterday my Dad rose to the surface of our South Florida pond of Tossers and claimed his rightful place on the Medal Stand. God Bless America.
